El Buzon de Jose

Paseando por el centro de Sevilla (antes del maldito confinamiento que nos tiene enjaulados desde mediados de marzo), en la calle Cervantes, observé un antiguo azulejo situado encima de la puerta trasera del Instituto de Educación Secundaria "San Isidoro", que contenía la siguiente cita en latín del susodicho personaje: Doctrina sine vita arrogantem reddit. Vita sine doctrina inutilem facit. Lo que, en castellano, viene a significar: "El estudio sin vida te convierte en arrogante. La vida sin formación te hace inútil".  Mil cuatrocientos años después, la frase no deja de ser cierta.
